Refund Policy

Effective 8 October 2026.

14-day trial

Paid plans begin with a 14-day trial. Cancel within the trial and you pay nothing. If a charge has been taken during the trial and you cancel, we refund it in full within 5 business days.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time. Service continues to the end of the paid period and the plan does not renew. We do not pro-rate partial months on monthly billing.

Annual plans

Cancel within 30 days of the annual charge for a full refund. After 30 days we refund the unused portion pro-rata, less any payment-processing fees that cannot be recovered.

Downgrades

Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. We do not refund the difference on an already-paid higher tier unless the request falls within the 30-day annual window.

How refunds are issued

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Bank or card processing typically takes a further 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Contact billing@tamperaudit.com with your account email and the reason for the request.

Non-refundable situations

Usage that breaches the Terms of Service, or chargebacks opened without contacting us first.
